JAMESTOWN – The Audubon Community Nature Center is showcasing artists in their online 2022 Nature Photography Contest.
The ACNC will be accepting Submissions now at GoGoPhotoContest.com/ACNCPhotoContest
The Community Choice award is for a total of $1,200 in prize money. Early submission is recommended. They want to remind photographers to encourage friends and family to vote for their photo.
A panel of judges will decide between children ages 8 to 18 and adults age 19 and older. The winner of the set categories of Fauna and Landscapes / Waterscapes will receive a $200 cash prize. The panel will also name three Youth and three Adult finalists.
An additional two $200 cash prizes will be awarded to the adult and youth photos receiving the most Community Choice votes online, along with three each will receive finalist recognition. A photo eligible to win both the Community Choice and a judged award.
Deadline for submission of photographs is Sunday, August 28, 2022.
The winning and finalist photographs will be featured on the contest website along with the photographers’ name and city. The winning photographs will exhibit in the Nature Center, at the Audubon Community Nature Center.
