Jamestown Residents Facing Drug Charges Following Wednesday Raid

JAMESTOWN – Two Jamestown residents are facing drug charges after police raided a southside home on Wednesday.

Jamestown Police Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, along with partner agencies, executed a search warrant at 200 Prospect Street around 9 a.m.











Inside the home, the SWAT team located two adults, later identified as 31-year-old Nathan Owen and 24-year-old Janie Blakey, and one child.

Following an additional search, detectives allegedly recovered a quantity of fentanyl, methamphetamine, suboxone pills, scales, and drug packaging materials.

Both Owen and Blakey were then taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminally using drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
