GERRY – A 38-year-old woman is facing several charges after allegedly attacking a man sleeping in his bed.
New York State Police responded to a Town of Gerry residence last Thursday for a reported domestic dispute.
Following an investigation, it is alleged Alicia Main entered a bedroom and attacked the victim who was in his bed at the time.
Main, troopers report, struck, kneed, pushed and bit the victim several times. Main also allegedly removed the victim’s glasses from his face and intentionally broke them.
She allegedly fled the scene prior to trooper’s arrival, but was located soon afterward at a nearby residence and placed under arrest.
Main was later charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
