
MAYVILLE – A City of Jamestown man has been sentenced in connection with home break-in and vehicle theft.
The Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday 28-year-old Cody DiDomenico was convicted of felony grand larceny and felony attempted burglary in connection with a residential burglary in May 2021.
The DA’s Office says after posting bail connected to the crime, DiDomenico was caught stealing another victim’s vehicle in June 2021. At the time, he was charged with another felony offense.
As a result of the conviction, DiDomenico will serve one and a half to three years in state prison on the grand larceny charge and three years behind bars on the attempted burglary charge; plus five years of parole.
