Incarcerated Jamestown Man Accused Of Covering Himself In Bodily Fluids At County Jail

MAYVILLE – A 46-year-old Jamestown man incarcerated at Chautauqua County’s Jail is accused of cover himself in bodily fluids, causing a disturbance and harassing a jail employee.

The Sheriff’s Office reports the incident involving Winfred Clark happened back on July 10.


Winfred was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, which is a class E felony.
