Two Juveniles Injured In Dunkirk Drive-By Shooting

DUNKIRK – Two juveniles were injured during a drive-by shooting on Route 60 in northern Chautauqua County on Sunday night.

The Dunkirk Police Department reports the incident happened around 8:30 p.m.


According to witnesses, a vehicle was traveling southbound on Route 60 and was passed by another car who began shooting in their direction.

Two juveniles sustained gunshot wounds as a result. The vehicle stopped at the Kwik Fill in Fredonia where they were later intercepted by medical personnel before being transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital for their injuries.
