FALCONER – A 19-year-old is accused of stealing a child’s motorbike from the front porch of a residence in the Village of Falconer.
Town Of Ellicott Police responded to the reported larceny earlier in the month on July 15.
Using a doorbell camera installed by the homeowner, officers were able to identify a suspect from a video recording which documented the alleged act.
19-year-old Ray Babyak, of Falconer, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.
Babyak is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date.
