BUFFALO – A 29-year-old Randolph resident has plead guilty to federal pornography charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo reported Wednesday that Alexander Carnahan plead guilty to two counts of production of child pornography.
In early 2020, prosecutors alleged that Carnahan undressed an 11-year-old victim and then filmed her naked body. He did so, due to his sexual attraction to them.
Law enforcement recovered additional images and videos of the victim in files belonging to Carnahan.
The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prison, a maximum of 30 years, and a $250,000 fine.
