JAMESTOWN – A 17-year-old from Washington State is accused of breaking into a Jamestown liquor store.

Officers with the Jamestown Police Department responded to the Allen Street Liquor Store around 5 a.m. Thursday for a reported burglary in progress.

Police found the front door of the business was shattered, with reports of a male suspect running away on foot.

After searching the area, officers found a teenager matching the suspect’s description in possession of two liquor bottles from the store.
