JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man was arrested last Friday after being caught with a large amount of drugs, money, and scales.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators, the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, Jamestown Police Department SWAT team and the Jamestown Police Department executed a search warrant on a room at the Clarion Pointe Hotel in the town of Ellicott.
Police had discovered 37 year-old Jamestown resident Bart Bartlett inside the room, alongside over 70 grams of methamphetamine, 15.8 grams of fentanyl, scales, packing materials, and $663 US dollars.
Bartlett was charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance in the second and third degree, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree.Bartlett was then transported to Chautauqua County Jail.
