JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A 41-year-old Jamestown man is accused of stealing a pick-up truck from the city’s northside.

Officers with Jamestown Police responded to the area of 628 Prendergast Avenue to investigate the alleged crime last Wednesday.

Following an investigation, it is alleged Brandon Guillory drove off in a 2004 Dodge pick-up. The truck’s owner told officers he was unloading lawn care equipment when the theft occurred.

Around an hour later, police located the truck parked and unoccupied in a driveway at 860 North Main Street. After reviewing security footage from a nearby business, Guillory was identified.

He was arrested a short time later and charged with third-degree grand larceny.
