LAS VEGAS (Newsource) – Elon Musk reinstated Donald Trump’s Twitter account over the weekend, but the former President doesn’t seem to be in a rush to start using the platform again.

“Truth Social is through the roof. It’s doing phenomenally well,” said Trump. “Truth Social has been very, very powerful, very, very strong and I’ll be staying there. But I hear we’re getting a big vote to also go back on Twitter. I don’t see it because I don’t see any reason for it.”

Trump had been banned from Twitter for 22 months, ever since the January 6th 2021 attack on the Capitol.

Musk, the new owner of Twitter, based his decision on a poll of Twitter users. After 15-million votes, Trump was reinstated by a 52 to 48 percent margin.
