JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A 31-year-old man is accused of breaking into a condemned Jamestown residence not just once, but twice, on the same day.

Matthew Buck was arrested on Monday at a southside address for allegedly trespassing in a condemned residence.

After being released on an appearance ticket, officers said 30 minutes later Buck was allegedly caught in the same house, again.

Around two weeks ago Buck, and another woman, were arrested following a drug raid at 23 Glenview Avenue in Jamestown.

While living at the address, he was accused of stealing water services from the Board of Public Utilities.

Since then, the Jamestown Department of Development was requested to inspect the residence for housing code violations as well.
