JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A 42-year-old woman accused of trespassing inside a condemned apartment in Jamestown was arrested once again for the exact same crime.

Jaclyn Anderson was first arrested by officers with Jamestown Police overnight Tuesday after she was discovered yelling inside an eastside apartment.

Then, just hours later on Tuesday evening, officers arrested Anderson for another alleged trespass complaint at the same apartment.

The building was posted and condemned by the city’s Department of Development.

Anderson, who is accused of resisting arrest, faces additional trespass charges in addition to the criminal charges originally filed earlier in the day.
