Sheriff Stops Scuffle In Bemus Point

BEMUS POINT, NY (WNY News Now) – Law enforcement in Chautauqua County stopped a scuffle between three men in Bemus Point last week.

On Wednesday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 37-year-old Jeffery Martinelli, 18-year-old Landin Martinelli and 30-year-old Johnathan Martinelli following a fight on Pine Street in Bemus Point.











The trio are accused of striking a victim and then allegedly threatening with a baseball bat.

The three are charged with endangering the welfare of a child. An additional menacing charge was lodged against Johnathan Martinelli.

Since their arrest, the group has been released with appearance tickets to the Town of Ellery Court.
