WESTFIELD, NY (WNY News Now) – A North East, Pennsylvania man is accused of assaulting a person in Chautauqua County.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address in the Town of Westfield for an unwanted person around 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
Following an investigation Aarien Carvallo was taken into custody.
The 25-year-old is accused of causing physical injury to another person by striking them in the face and head area repeatedly.
Carvallo was taken to the Chautauqua County for arraignment on a third-degree assault charge.
