PORTLAND, NY (WNY News Now) – Two men are accused of breaking into a camper in northern Chautauqua County.

On Wednesday deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a burglary in progress on Lake Avenue in the Town of Portland.

Two suspects, identified as 47-year-old Todd Reardon and 52-year-old Robert Ryen, were located inside a camper allegedly stealing property.

Through investigation the Dunkirk residents also allegedly broke into a second building on the property and took several items inside as well.

Reardon and Ryen were both charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of petit larceny.
