    Major Marijuana Bust In Northern Chautauqua County

    FREDONIA, NY (WNY News Now) – Local law enforcement made a major marijuana bust in Northern Chautauqua County.

    The discovery was made outside of the Walmart Supercenter in Fredonia on Monday afternoon.

    Our crews on scene reported boxed of marijuana were recovered from a semi-truck trailer stopped at the parking lot.

    In addition, fragments of the drug were scattered across the lot and a strong odor of marijuana was in the air.

    A lift was called in to help extract more boxes from a container.

    The Fredonia Police Department and Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office investigating.
