FALCONER, NY (WNY News Now) – A former manufacturing facility in Falconer up for sale has an interested buyer.

The Krog Group plans to purchase the old Truck-lite building.


To aid in acquisition, the Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency has approved a $900,000 Al Tech Loan, mortgage tax abatement and sales tax abatement.

The developer plans to lease the 160,000 square foot facility for office and manufacturing space following a brief renovation period.

In total, the project is expected to cost $3.6 million dollars.
