FALCONER, NY (WNY News Now) – Town of Ellicott Police have made an arrest connected to a residential burglary in the Village of Falconer where the suspect reportedly got into the home via an unlocked doggy door.

On Sunday night around 11 p.m. officers responded to a past-tense break-in at undisclosed residential address.

An investigation revealed that Kimberly Paquette was spotted allegedly leaving the resident’s home via a rear doggy door earlier in the week.

The homeowner, police say, later discovered money, a flowerpot and TV remote were missing.

The 55-year-old has since been arrested and issued an appearance ticket for burglary and petit larceny for Town of Ellicott Court.
