FREDONIA, NY (WNY News Now) – A Fredonia resident is accused of child pornography possession.
Following an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and FBI, Robert Norris Jr. was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child.
While few details were release about the investigation, local law enforcement confirmed federal officials began looking into Norris Jr. two years ago in May 2021.
In April 2023, the 49-year-old’s case was turned over to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division.
Norris Jr., deputies say, will answer the charges out of the Town of Pomfret Court.
