JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – Fire crews are being dispatched to a fully engulfed house fire on the 500 block of Clinton Street in Jamestown.
At around 12:20 crews were notified of a structure fire at 511 Clinton street.
Upon arrival, first responders discovered the entirety of the second floor was engulfed by flames, at time of reporting, over a dozen off duty firefighters have been called in to help extinguish the flames.
Our crews on the ground tell us that the area is filled with smoke, with flames visible. Some house pets have also been rescued.
At this time crews are working to quell the flames, this is an ongoing story and will be updated when more information becomes available.
