JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man was charged following an alleged fight, injuring three on Monday.

Officers were dispatched to a residence on North Main Street in Jamestown Monday morning for reports of a fight.

Upon arrival police located several individuals walking away from the scene.

Officers stopped the group while another spoke to the alleged victims.

After investigation, it was found that 37-year-old Tony Stebbins had gotten into a physical altercation with three others in the North Main Street residence, causing physical injury.

The victims were adamant that Stebbins was charged, he was therefore placed into custody without incident.









Stebbins now faces three counts of Assault, he was released with an appearance ticket for the Jamestown City Court.
