Domestic Dispute Leads To Arrest

CATTARAUGUS, NY (WNY News Now) – An East Otto woman involved in a domestic incident was arrested early Monday morning. 

Cattaraugus Deputies were dispatched to an Meyer Hill Road residence for a reported domestic dispute at around 1:33 a.m. on July 10.

During the investigation 44-year-old April Riggle was taken into custody for charges related to domestic violence. 


Police also discovered multiple controlled substances in Riggle’s possession. 

Riggle was taken to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing and charged with multiple drug related charges.

Riggle was released and is due to the Town of East Otto Court at a later date.
