According to an insider, The New York Jets have been chosen by HBO as the featured team for a new season of “hard knocks.”
The anonymous source spoke with USA Today.
The struggling Jets have been in the limelight since trading for NFL MVP packers star Quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
It’s part of a team strategy to make the team more competitive, and break a 12-year streak of not making the playoffs.
Insiders say HBO also considered the Bears, Saints, and Commanders.
So far, there’s no comment from HBO and no premiere date has been announced.
