A bull calf, named Norman, is on to greener pastures after being neglected by his owners.

The one-month-old from Madison County wasn’t being fed, according to a report by his neighbor.

Soon after that Norman’s owner signed him over to the Central New York SPCA.

The animal shelter, typically the home to cats and dogs, is now giving this utterly adorable creature a pasture to roam.

Norman will stay at CNY SPCA for about a week and then he will be sent out to a farm to live the rest of his life with other cows roaming the pasture.

According to shelter staff,  Norman’s previous owner is being investigated for possible animal neglect.
