Jamestown, NY (WNY News Now) – Salena M. Hare, a 31-year-old Jamestown resident, was arrested during a traffic stop on Foote Ave on Monday morning

Officers stopped her vehicle for insufficient headlights and tail lights, but upon investigation, it was discovered that Hare was driving while her New York State privileges were revoked due to a previous driving while ability impaired (DWAI) by alcohol arrest.

Further, she failed field sobriety testing and refused evaluation by JPD’s Drug Recognition Expert.

Hare is now facing charges including aggravated unlicensed operation and DWAI by drugs and is held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court under the supervision of NYS Parole.
