App users tap to watch video report.

JAMESTOWN, NY (WNY News Now) – The Jamestown Board of Public Utilities website went through a “refresh”, to improve services access and information. 

The new and improved webpage added seven buttons on the homepage to take customers directly to website areas.

Customers will find the buttons to access My Account, Garbage and Recycling, Jobs, Electric Vehicle Charging, Notify Me, Report a Concern, and Business Development.

The site now also features a button to instantly convert the website to Spanish. Their site can also be translated into over 145 different languages.

In addition there is now a chatbot to help customers along the way.

The website was last updated in 2019.
