BOSTON, MA (WNY News Now) – A VA employee is facing eight years in prison after being caught with child pornography on the VA’s public Wi-Fi.
51-year-old Kevin Divoll, a former employee of the VA Medical Center in Leeds Massachusetts was caught using a device distributing child pornography over the center’s public Wi-Fi from May of 2022 through July 2022.
During a search of his residence, authorities found Divoll was in possession of child pornography that involved a minor under the age of 12.
Divoll was sentenced to eight years behind bars with five years of supervised release. He is also ordered to pay $5,000 dollars to each of the identified victims.
