Jamestown, NY (WNY News Now) – Breanna L. Sample (26) of Jamestown was arrested on Friday when officers of the Jamestown Police Department responded to a north side address for a reported trespass.
At approximately 7:09 PM on August 4th, 2023, officers arrived at the scene to find two open windows at the residence in question. Upon closer examination, they discovered Breanna L. Sample inside the premises without authorization. She was immediately taken into custody without any resistance and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
Sample was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
