Shoplifting Incident at Tops Markets Leads to Court Appearance

(WNY News Now) – Deputies from Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office and Dunkirk Police Officers addressed a shoplifting incident at Tops Markets, Dunkirk, on 8/21/23.

Dunkirk – Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office and Dunkirk Police Department responded to a shoplifting complaint at the Tops Markets located in Dunkirk on August 21, 2023. Following a thorough investigation, it was established that the individual responsible for the theft was Raymond Santiago Rodriguez,50. The stolen merchandise was recovered.

Santiago Rodriguez was issued an appearance ticket. He is expected to appear before the court on a later date.
