(WNY News Now) – A Buffalo man pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography before Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
Buffalo – Assistant U.S. Attorney Russell T. Ippolito, Jr., who is handling the case, stated that on June 24, 2023, a search warrant was executed at Patrick Malloy’s, 33, residence and several electronic devices were seized. The devices contained approximately 28,000 images of child pornography, including images of prepubescent minors under the age of 12 engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Sentencing is scheduled for December 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. before Judge Skretny.
