(WNY News Now) – An Erie, PA resident was arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) in the Town of French Creek after a traffic stop on Old Rd.
French Creek – On August 26, 2023, at approximately 11:24 PM, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on Old Rd. within the Town of French Creek. The driver, identified as Thomas J. Malesiewski, 50, of Erie, PA, was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Upon investigation, Malesiewski was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and speeding in a designated zone. After his arrest, he was released with tickets for an appearance in the Town of French Creek Court at a later date.
