
(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man has been arrested on charges of violating a court-issued order of protection.
Jamestown – On August 27th, officers from the Jamestown Police Department responded to a domestic dispute in the vicinity of Harrison St. near Institute St.
During the check, it was revealed that Kevin Bellardo, 51, of Jamestown was in the company of a female victim from whom he had been ordered to stay away by the Jamestown City Court. Bellardo was promptly arrested and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
He faces charges of criminal contempt in the 2nd degree. Presently, Bellardo is in custody, awaiting his arraignment hearing.
