(WNY News Now) – A 36-year-old resident of Jamestown was issued an appearance ticket for trespass after being found sitting in a stairwell of the Cherry St Parking Ramp, located at 15 W 5th St, by a patrol officer on August 30th.

Jamestown – Jamestown City Court has released Lovella A. Kellom, aged 36, on an appearance ticket following a trespass incident. On the morning of August 30th, around 09:03 AM, an officer from the first platoon conducted a routine check of the Cherry St Parking Ramp, addressing a string of trespass and criminal mischief complaints in recent months.

The officer discovered Kellom, a Jamestown resident, seated in a stairwell despite not being a customer of the ramp. Consequently, she was issued an appearance ticket for trespass and is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date for the case’s proceedings.
