(WNY News Now) – A 63-year-old has been arrested in connection with a drug investigation that dates back to April 21, 2023.
Ashford – Robert France, a resident of Ashford, NY, has been taken into custody in connection with a drug investigation that has been ongoing since April 2023. France was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree.
He has been processed and issued an appearance ticket, with a pending court date in Ashford Town Court. The incident occurred at 9309 RT. 240 Apt. 1, Ashford, NY, 14171. The arrest was made by law enforcement officials as part of an operation aimed at curbing drug-related activities in the area.
