(WNY News Now) – An 80-year-old resident of Dayton, NY, was apprehended by Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office deputies at his residence on 9285 Route 62.
Dayton – On September 2, 2023, at approximately 10:20 am, Daniel L. Gabel, 80, of Dayton was taken into custody. He was subsequently processed and arraigned at Persia Town Court, where he was ordered to be held at the Cattaraugus County Jail.
The arrest stems from the outstanding warrant issued by New Albion Town Court. Further details regarding the nature of the misdemeanor warrant were not provided in the report.
