(WNY News Now) – An Cattaraugus county man was arrested on September 4th, 2023, following a domestic-related incident investigation by deputies.
Olean – On September 4th, 2023, Douglas E. Blicharz, a 36-year-old resident of Olean, New York, was arrested and taken into police custody. Deputies responded to a domestic incident, leading to Blicharz’s arrest at approximately 3:30 am.
The charges brought against Blicharz include Harassment 2nd degree and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. After being processed at the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Olean Substation, Blicharz was arraigned in the Town of Portville Court. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance.
Blicharz is scheduled to appear in the Town of Olean Court at a later date.
