(WNY News Now) – A 45-year-old Jamestown resident, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 4th following a domestic incident on September 6th, 2023.

Jamestown – On September 6th, 2023, at 8:06 PM, officers from the Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon responded to a domestic disturbance call at a north side address. The authorities determined that John W. Murray, 45, of Jamestown, had intentionally damaged an item during the altercation.

Murray was apprehended and taken into custody. He is currently being held at the Jamestown City Jail, awaiting arraignment on charges of Criminal Mischief 4th.
