Arrest Made in Salamanca on Probation Violation Warrant

(WNY News Now) – A 28-year-old woman was taken into custody by the City of Salamanca Police Department and Cattaraugus County Probation officers due to an active violation of probation warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.

Salamanca – Sheriff Timothy S. Whitcomb reported an arrest made on September 7, 2023, when Courtney L. Bradley, 28, of Angelica, NY, was apprehended during an unrelated encounter with local authorities on Barrett Dr., Salamanca, NY. Subsequent investigation revealed an active probation violation warrant issued by Cattaraugus County Court.

Bradley residing at 165 Center St, Angelica, NY, has been transported to the CCSO jail pending further court proceedings. She remains remanded to the City of Cattaraugus County Court, with no bail set at this time.


The arrest was carried out by the City of Salamanca Police Department, with assistance from Cattaraugus County Probation.
