(WNY News Now) – A 30-year-old resident of Jamestown, found himself in police custody early on 9/11/23 as he was arrested for allegedly driving the wrong way on a one-way street while intoxicated.

Jamestown – The incident unfolded at 2:04 AM on E 4th St, Pine St, catching the attention of the Jamestown Police Department DWI Unit. Jamestown police officers observed a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on E 4th Street. Promptly conducting a traffic stop, authorities discovered that the driver, Kellen A. Fiore, allegedly exhibited signs of intoxication.

Fiore now faces a series of charges, for allegedly Driving the Wrong Way on a One Way Street, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

These allegations have yet to be proven in a court of law.
