
(WNY News Now) – Lori Pettit Rieman, Cattaraugus County District Attorney, reported the following sentencings in Cattaraugus County Court on Monday, September 18, 2023.
Cattaraugus – Firstly, Tawny Kettle, born on November 2, 1976, and hailing from Salamanca, received a sentence of three years of probation for her conviction of Driving While Intoxicated. The incident occurred on or about January 16, 2023, in the City of Salamanca when Kettle operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Next, Nikol Stellabuto, born on March 3, 1975, also from Salamanca, New York, was sentenced to one year of conditional discharge for her conviction of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. The charges stemmed from an incident on or about July 6, 2021, in the City of Salamanca when Stellabuto was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Zachary Adamchick, born on June 27, 2003, and a resident of Farmersville, New York, received a five-year probation sentence for his conviction of Criminally Negligent Homicide. The incident occurred on or about October 29, 2022, in the Town of Machias when Adamchick recklessly caused the death of another person.
Lastly, Johnathan Colon, born on February 2, 1985, from Olean, New York, faced a complex sentencing. He was sentenced to two years in addition to two years in a New York State Department of Corrections for multiple counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, to run concurrently with his conviction for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. These convictions were related to incidents on or about June 12, 2020, and June 26, 2020, in the City of Olean, where Colon was found to be knowingly and unlawfully in possession of controlled substances with the intent to sell.
