Two Individuals Arrested for Criminal Trespass in Jamestown


(WNY News Now) – On September 20th, 2023, at 6:40 pm, two male residents of Jamestown were arrested on charges of third-degree criminal trespass on the east side of the city.

Jamestown – On the evening of September 20th, 2023, Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd platoon responded to a trespass complaint at an address on the east side of the city. Upon arrival, officers discovered Jonathan B. Yates and Malcom B. Bull inside a condemned residence without authorization.

Both individuals were promptly taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City jail.


Yates and Bull now face charges of criminal trespass in the 3rd degree. They are currently held in custody, awaiting arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
