(WNY News Now) – A Bemus Point man faces charges of Harassment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an altercation at High Acres Mobile Home Park in the Town of Ellery on September 22, 2023.
Bemus Point – On September 22, 2023, at approximately 6:57 pm, deputies from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported altercation at High Acres Mobile Home Park in the Town of Ellery. Upon their arrival and subsequent investigation, it was alleged that Mark A. Guzman, a 25-year-old male from Bemus Point, had engaged in unwanted physical contact with another individual in the presence of a minor under the age of 17.
As a result of their findings, Guzman was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment on charges of Harassment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellery Court at a later date to address these charges.
