(WNY News Now) – On 09/24/2023 at approximately 11:17 am, a South Dayton woman was arrested following a warrant execution in the Village of South Dayton.
South Dayton – Erica F. Lindgren, a 26-year-old resident of South Dayton, New York, found herself in police custody on September 24, 2023, when deputies attempted to execute a bench warrant in the Village of South Dayton. The warrant had been issued by the Town of Perrysburg Court.
Following her arrest, Lindgren was promptly transported to the Town of Persia Court for arraignment. Subsequently, she was remanded to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
Lindgren is scheduled to appear in the Town of Perrysburg Court at a later date.
