(WNY News Now) – On September 28, 2023, a Jamestown woman was arrested on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance in an incident that unfolded at 20 W Summit Ave.
Jamestown – Isabelle J. Shelton, aged 25 and a resident of Jamestown, NY, found herself in legal trouble on September 28, 2023. Shelton was apprehended at 20 W Summit Ave. based on an active warrant issued by the Lakewood-Busti Police Department. The charges brought against her include petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Following her arrest, Shelton was taken into custody and transported to the local police station for processing. Subsequently, she was released with an appearance ticket.
The specifics of the incident leading to her arrest remain undisclosed. Shelton will be required to appear in the Town of Busti court on a later date.
