WNY NEWS NOW – Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin is expected to be active for Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.
This will be Hamlin’s first regular season appearance in the NFL since suffering cardiac arrest on the field in a game against Cincinnati late last season.
The announcement comes from sources close to the NFL.
Bills safety, Jordan Poyer, was ruled out for the game. With Poyer out, that opened up a spot for Hamlin to be active. Hamlin was a healthy scratch in the Bills first 3 games this season.
The 2-1 Buffalo Bills will host the 3-0 Miami Dolphins Sunday at 1PM in what could be one of the weeks best games.
