Inmate Enters Guilty Plea for Second-Degree Burglary

(WNY News Now) – An inmate presently incarcerated at the Wyoming County Jail in New York, has pleaded guilty to a charge of Second-Degree Burglary to resolve a pending indictment.

Wyoming County – Dominic Mainella, 57, a current inmate at the Wyoming County Jail in New York, has entered a guilty plea for the charge of Second-Degree Burglary stemming from an incident on or around November 29, 2021, in the Town of Salamanca Machias. Mainella was accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime.

The plea agreement was reached as a resolution to a pending indictment against him. Sentencing for Dominic Mainella is scheduled for November 27, 2023.
