
(WNY News Now) – Three residents of Perrysburg and Buffalo, NY, were arrested on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia following a search warrant execution at 12238 Burning Springs Rd., Perrysburg.
Perrysburg – The arrests were made on October 3, 2023, by the Drug Task Force, comprised of members from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, Salamanca Police Department, and Olean Police Department. The operation came after an extensive investigation into the residence and individuals involved in alleged drug-related activities.
James Williams, 33, was processed and issued an appearance ticket. Justin Bond, 37, was processed, arraigned, and is currently held in custody. Kelly Lewis, 61, was also arrested and issued an appearance ticket.
The charges against the three individuals include criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. All three have addresses listed in Perrysburg and Buffalo, New York.
