
(WNY News Now) – A 35-year-old female from Jamestown, was arrested and charged with Robbery 2nd, Petit Larceny, Assault 2nd, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th after allegedly forcibly stealing a necklace from a victim’s neck, causing physical injury in the process.
Jamestown – On the night of October 4th, 2023, at around 12:20 AM, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd platoon responded to a harassment complaint on Allen St./English St. Upon investigation, it was alleged that Jennifer M. Allen had approached a victim and forcefully removed a necklace from her neck, resulting in injury. Allen was swiftly apprehended and found in possession of the stolen necklace.
Jennifer M. Allen has been taken into custody and charged with Robbery 2nd, Petit Larceny, Assault 2nd, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th.
She is currently being held at the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
